Built around five infrastructure components which provide four discrete network segments, the Telecommunications System supplies Umukuri with state-of-the-art networking technologies.

A possible future state of components utilising this infrastructure to provide automation and advanced applications is depicted in the following diagram, some of which are in place and operational.

Currently (i/2019) outbound Internet access is utilised intermittently rather than continually, the components which provide it are dismantled when unused.
